Description:
Prepares the operating rooms for surgery using appropriate techniques. Provides technical services and assists in the operating room as assigned or directed.
Qualifications:
Graduate of a formal OR tech. training program preferred. At least six months experience in an acute care OR preferred.-Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served in the operating room. Demonstrates knowledge of growth and development over the life span. Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
